Margranite Industry Ltd a leader in the natural stone industry is looking to fill an immediate opening for an experienced bridge saw operator. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience with bridge saws and overhead cranes.
Duties will include:
- Operation of bridge saw with 98% accuracy
- Reading drawings or shop tickets to achieve desired cuts
- Operation of overhead cranes
- Packaging finished cuts in crates or on pallets
- Relief shipper, when required
Physical demands to be met are: frequent walking, standing, bending, squatting and twisting. Exposure to noise, dust and dirt. Frequent lifting of 30 to 50 pounds.
Working hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm or 3:30 pm to 12:00 am
